Michael graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hofstra University in 1996 and began his equity career as a Proprietary Trader at Broadway Trading. Rising to Head Trader, he managed a desk of over 40 traders. In 2003, his expertise led him to Assent LLC in New Jersey where he successfully navigated through the financial housing bubble. Shortly thereafter in 2010, Mr. Lombardo moved onto T3 Trading in New York where he created the Platinum Development Program, a full training curriculum and lectured course designed to educate new traders on the U.S. equity markets. In 2017, Mr. Lombardo joined Tradeview Markets and now oversees all facets of Tradeview's Equity trading division.

Andrea brings 15 years of experience in the financial sector to her role as Chief Compliance Officer at Tradeview Ltd. Known for developing robust compliance frameworks and efficient onboarding processes, she sets industry benchmarks in AML/CFT and sanctions procedures. Her dedication to regulatory excellence and client service ensures that Tradeview remains at the forefront of compliance standards across all operations. Through her leadership, the company has strengthened its adherence to evolving global regulations, enhancing its reputation and operational integrity.

With over 15 years in the financial services industry, Andy serves as Tradeview's Head of Cash Management. His diverse experience ranges from trading desks to hedge fund administration, giving him a comprehensive understanding of financial operations. Andy oversees banking and payment provider relations while managing the company's daily cash flow. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Colorado State University and plays a crucial role in maintaining Tradeview’s financial efficiency and reliability.

Evanio brings over 25 years of experience in the technology sector. His expertise spans operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and development. He leads the technology team and manages relationships with external service providers, ensuring Tradeview’s infrastructure remains robust and secure. Evanio holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Technology from Fundação Getulio Vargas University and continues to drive innovation and operational excellence across the company’s tech landscape.

Kirk specializes in People Management in addition to overseeing all HR responsibilities at Tradeview. Since joining in 2016, when the company had only 5-6 employees handling multiple roles, he has played a key role in Tradeview's growth. Through strategic planning, building robust departmental structures, and recruiting top global talent across Sales, IT/IS, Marketing, and Finance, Kirk has helped shape the company that Tradeview is today, which has now expanded to nearly 200 staff members worldwide and he continues to attract top talent across diverse fields.
