How to complete the ID verification
If you're using a desktop, either scan the QR code with your smartphone or click on the 'Send an SMS' card to send a message to your registered mobile number and follow the verification steps. Once completed, click Continue. If neither option works for you, you can use the 'Upload using my current device' alternative located below the cards.
If you're using a smartphone, simply click on Verify my ID and follow the steps.


After completing the ID verification, return to the application form to continue.
You'll know the verification is complete when you see the following message:

Document upload issues

If you're having trouble capturing your document correctly, and you keep being redirected to the document type selection, there might be an issue with the quality, expiration, or authentication of the document.
Pay close attention to the error message for specific details. If the problem continues, we recommend trying a different type of document or contacting us.
Selfie verification issues

If you're having trouble with the selfie step, make sure to follow the instructions displayed under the oval frame. Adjust the distance between your phone and your face until the framing works. If the problem continues, please contact us for support.
