Common issues in the ID verification process

The QR code or the Complete on your device card redirection aren’t working

Please refresh the page and try again following the steps for your preferred ID verification method; either click on the ‘Complete on your device’ card or scan the QR code with your cell phone.

I clicked on the Continue button, but I’m unable to continue with the ID verification process

To complete the ID verification process you need to either click on the ‘Complete on your device’ card or scan the QR code with your cell phone and follow the steps.

You’ll know the process is completed when you see the following success message:

Once the application is completed, click on Continue, you should be able to move on to the Proof of address step.
