How do I change or reset my account password?
At the top right corner, you’ll see a 'Hello, [your name]' message with a dropdown arrow. Click on it and select Settings


Click on the Password Settings section


Request a one-time code. It will be sent to your registered email


Check your email for the 6-digit code, it may take a few minutes to arrive. Make sure to check your spam folder.
If you need to re-send it, click on Try again, next to the Continue button. For further assistance, please contact us at support@tvmarkets.com.
Return to your Cabinet and type the code


Enter your current password
Create a new password and confirm it. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and include at least one lowercase, one uppercase, one number, and one special character
Press Continue
